Retail Bill Pay - Utilize bill pay to pay bills from the Mobile App. You can ONLY make payments to existing Payees. You CANNOT setup Payees from the Mobile App.

iOS (Apple) smartphones (iPhones, iPads)
Requirements to use the FNB Mobile App
The Customer MUST be signed up for Intenret Banking. You can sign up for Internet Banking by clicking on either the Personal Enrollment or Business Enrollment link on the home page of our website. Fill out the Enrollment form and click submit and wait for your confirmation email with instructions to log in to the website from a web browser. It could take 1-5 business days to process the enrollment.
The Customer MUST log into their Internet Banking account through a browser and go the the Mobile option under the Preferences section of Internet Banking and check the checkbox on the Mobile Enrollment tab that reads "Yes, enable my User ID and Password for use on my mobile device". Enter your email address in the field provided and click Submit below.
To perform Fund Transfers in the Mobile App, the Customer MUST log into their Internet Banking account through a browser and go the the Mobile option under the Preferences section of Internet Banking, click on the Mobile Authorizations tab, enter a 4 digit authorization code that they will be required to use when performing Funds Transfers within the Mobile App, then click Submit below.
Commercial Customers, MUST contact the IT Dept at the main office at (337)-276-3692 in order to gain access to the Mobile Banking Application for security reasons.
How to Download Application
For Apple devices, go to the App Store and search for FNB of Jeanerette. Once you find the application with our Sugarcane logo, click Buy (it's free) and Install. Once completed, you can log on with your Internet Banking username and password.
For Android devices, go to the Applications tab, click on Market, then choose the Apps Menu. Search for FNB of Jeanerette. Once you find the application with our Sugarcane logo, click Install (it's free) and OK to accept the terms and agreements. Once completed, you can log on with your Internet Banking username and password.
