We have been informed by our debit card provider that they are seeing an increase in debit card fraud throughout the United States. The following areas listed are at higher risk, therefore proactive actions are being put in place to reduce our customer's exposure. You will need to enter your PIN number (debit transaction) when you are using your debit card in the below listed areas:

Changes affecting Bill Payment Customers
First National Bank of Jeanerette announces new,
improved Bill Payment. With the new upgrade to Bill Payment from First National Bank of Jeanerette, you’ll experience greater time savings and ease of use, starting May 15, 2013. The upgrade adds to the features you’ve come to rely on in Bill Payment. You’ll have more freedom to enjoy life thanks to the enhanced convenience, savings and security of the upgraded product.
What to expect with the new Bill Payment upgrade:
· Any payments scheduled prior to May 13, 2013 will be processed by CheckFree. Any new payments scheduled on or after May 15, 2013 will be processed by iPay Solutions. From May 15th through May 17th, as part of the conversion process, you will not see pending (CheckFree) scheduled payments that were scheduled prior to May 13th. Even though the pending scheduled payments can't be seen, do not be concerned. The pending scheduled payments will be processed by CheckFree and once processed will show up in your payment history.
· Any bills that you have setup to receive as Electronic Bills, will have to be setup again after May 15, 2013. This ONLY affects Bills that come through to your Bill Payment section of Internet Banking with an icon indicating that it is ELECTRONIC.
· Your old (CheckFree) payment history will be available within your new Bill Payment section of Internet banking, but will be located in a different area as the history going forward from May 15, 2013.
· All of your payees and any scheduled payments will carry over to the new system.
You’ll continue to enjoy the familiar benefits of Bill Payment, which lets you pay your bills safely and securely from your computer -- anywhere, anytime.
