Our employees are trained on our security policies and procedures and work diligently to protect the integrity of your information. We use industry-accepted security practices, including firewalls and encryption, to safeguard your personal and financial information. We are continuously evaluating and researching advances in technology and investing in our infrastructure.

With everything we're doing to protect your information, keep in mind that it is also important for you to take precautions to safeguard personal information on your end.

Our Security Commitment

  • Internal polices, procedures and controls are brought before the board and committees for review and approval and are tested thoroughly and often. Employees are constantly trained on these polices, procedures and controls
  • We have deployed the use of firewalls to protect data stored on our systems and to prevent unauthorized access. Firewalls are software and hardware products that are intended to define, control and limit the access to a website, network or computer system. We also use Intrusion Detection Systems to detect and identify potential intruders
  • We have deployed the use of email encryption technology to ensure the secure exchange of information when communicating with our customers through email
  • Internal performance and security baselines are defined and compared against each day to ensure the reliability, safety and stability of our systems
  • We rely on third-party vendors for products, services and support. We thoroughly and regularly perform due diligence and risk reviews to ensure these third-party vendors have polices, procedures and controls in place that meet or exceed our standards
  • We continuously deploy the latest security patches on all of our systems to strengthen any known weakness in software applications
  • We continuously research and implement new and emerging technologies that can strengthen and improve our infrastructure
  • Our website and online and mobile banking all use encryption technology to ensure your information is safeguarded
  • For online and mobile banking, we have deployed a multi-factor authentication system as an added layer of security and confirmation. Other security features of online and mobile banking that we have implemented include timed log-offs, unique usernames and complex passwords
