How to enroll for Mobile Check Deposit:

  1. Log into our mobile app
  2. Select the left-hand menu, then "deposit checks" 
  3. Select the account your want to enroll in and then select "enroll".
  4. You will receive an email once your enrollment has been approved.

How to deposit a check:

  1. Log into our mobile app
  2. Select the account you wish to make a deposit in. 
  3. Select "Deposit" 
  4. Endorse the back of the check
  5. Enter the amount of the check and click "continue"
  6. Take a picture of the front and back of the check
  7. Submit deposit.

Get notified by text, email, phone call or a secure message when there are updates or changes to your account. That can be your balance reaching a certain amount or when a bill payment goes through. There are a lot of options for alerts — totally in your control!

  • Account alerts:
    • Balance Alerts
      • Get an alert as soon as your balance goes above or below a certain amount.
    • Transaction Alerts
      •  Recieve alerts as soon as a withdrawal or a deposit is made above a certain amount. 
    • Deposit Alerts
      • You will be emailed when a deposit is submitted, accepted, and or rejected. 
  • User alerts:
    • When you are logged in from a new device
    • When your username is changed
    • When your email address is changed
    • When your mobile phone number is changed
    • When your password is changed
  • Alerts can be delivered by email, text message, or a secure in-app message. 


Requirements to use the FNB Mobile App:

  • The Customer MUST be signed up for Online Banking. You can sign up for Online Banking by clicking on either the Personal Enrollment or Business Enrollment link in the Online Banking login box at the top of our homepage. Fill out the Enrollment form, click submit and wait for your confirmation email with instructions to login from a browser or the app. It could take 1-3 business days to process the enrollment.
