Mrs. Phyllis has been our Franklin Branch Manager for 18 years! She has been in the banking world for a total of 37 years. She loves watching the bank change & evolve, but she mainly loves getting to help her customers. On her off time Mrs. Phyllis enojoys trying out different resturants, antique and flea markets, and relaxing at her camp "Caperfairre". If you know Mrs. Phyllis you knwo her favorite sayign is "it's all good".
