Interview with Ms. Nancy on September 23, 2021:
1. Tell us a little bit about yourself.
"I have resided here in Jeanerette all of my life. Matter of fact, I was born here at what was known as the Brown Clinic on Main Street. The only other job I had, was at the Chevrolet Dealership here in Jeanerette. I applied here at First National, and MR. Gerard called and said I could start on Monday August 6th, 1979. 42 years later and all I hear is “When are you going to retire?”
2. How long have you worked at FNB Jeanerette? Why do you like working here?
"I like working here because of the people – bosses, coworkers, and customers. I made friends with long time customers of the Bank and enjoy seeing them or talking to them on the phone."
3. What do you like to do when you arent working?
"When I am not working, I like to read, watch TV, and work in my garden."
