• Follow any internet security issues in the news. Data breaches and identity theft are, unfortunately, very common these days and are always making news headlines.
• If you think or suspect your debit card or account has been compromised, please call us immediately at 337-276-3692. Please call 1-800-383-8000 during hours when the bank is closed to report a lost, stolen or compromised debit card.
• If you suspect fraud, you can place a "fraud alert" on your credit reports by contacting the one of the credit reporting bureaus. A call to one credit bureau is sufficient. To report fraud:
  • Equifax - 1-800-525-6285
  • Experian - 1-888-397-3742
  • TransUnion - 1-800-680-7289
